Our policy is to provide as much information and options possible regarding a move and moving rates in order to avoid any last minute costly surprises  unfortunately common with many other movers. We believe it is only fair to every customer, in addition to it being the ethical way to manage business.

Our standard hourly moving rates apply to most local moves in the San Francisco Bay Area. Extraordinary type moves, Commercial, or Office moves involving Cubicle teardowns or more than 20 employees in size may affect moving rates based on the particular circumstances involved & type of equipment needed. Contact us to discuss your move and we'll set up an onsite estimate if necessary.

"Double Drive Time" fees apply to all local moves pursuant to CA law and PUC Regulations
("time" traveled from your pickup location to your final destination will be "doubled" ie 15min=30min)


Important Note: Standard hourly rates do not include cost of non-reusable packing materials such as bubble wrap, packing paper, boxes, etc.

Standard Hourly Rates in Moving Reservation Include:

*All fuel, mileage, tax and tolls  *Email reservation confirmations *Guaranteed Move Date

*Door-to-door service  *Time starts at your door & ends upon completion of your move

*Loading and unloading  *FREE disassembling and reassembling of furniture if needed

*FREE use of moving equipment during move  *FREE use of blankets for furniture protection

*FREE use of wardrobe boxes during move  *No extra charge for stairs, elevators or long carry 

*FREE $25,000 cargo insurance required by California Law covering 60 cents/lb per article

FRAGILE ITEMS & ELECTRONICS: In the event you do not have original packaging materials or protective boxes originally used at time of purchase of valuable electronics or fragile type items and furnishings involving mirrors, glass, marble, etc... these fragile type items will require special protective packing to Ensure There Will Not Be Any Breakage and we may safely move those items avoiding potential liabilities that would arise if these items were damaged during the moving/transporting process. Hourly rates that would include any/all packing materials needed for your move are also available. All of our trucks carry top grade commercial quality packing materials for the convenience and safety of our client's items in the event needing during a move. Optional to our clients is that we also welcome clients having their own packing materials available for us to use during the move.

*Payment is due at the time of your move in either cash, money order, cashiers check or certified check. Payment options such as Credit Card and Personal Checks are also available if needed. These forms of payment entail a processing fee of 3% for Credit/Debit cards and 5% for personal checks.

*We are unable to transport any flammable materials; including Propane Tanks

*Please, have moving boxes you have pre-packed - marked, sealed and under 50lbs
